​As a Director of 2XM Recruit I am responsible for our VIC and WA business units, striving to ensure each operation delivers and exceeds service level expectations to both our customers and our candidates.

​

Internally I am also responsible and very passionate about the development of our people, driving a high-performance environment with a huge emphasise on career development, personal growth, and a fun culture to go with it!

​

I have been part of the TXM Group for over 10 years now having joined 2XM Recruit business back in 2012 and what an incredible journey it’s been! During that time, I have seen the business grow significantly and am now very excited about the next stage of our growth plan.

​

During my early career with 2XM Recruit, I actively recruited within our Engineering and Manufacturing division and over time I have also been fortunate to work closely with our Rail and Mining customers too, providing Blue & White Collar, Temporary and Permanent placement solutions across these core sectors.

​

With a fantastic team at all levels across the country, I am very much looking forward to executing our business strategy to significantly grow our market presence across Australia over the next 3-5 years.

Having initially started my career in the Fitness industry, outside of work I enjoy all sports, spending quality time with family and friends and keeping that competitive edge coaching my eldest son’s soccer team!
